My specialisations include agriculture, food manufacturing, supermarkets and real estate.I had various additional responsibilities, including managing and responding to technical queries relating to the company's entire collection of reports; producing and maintaining research reports on macroeconomic drivers; training and mentoring new analysts; and participating as an industry expert in print media interviews and live radio interviews, with broadcasters such as the ABC. This role started out as a holiday job when I was still at school, and then became my permanent part-time job while completing my university degree.My duties and responsibilities included:- Conducting initial outgoing calls to potential customers to support our Sales staff- Invoicing and overdue accounts follow-up- General administrative and clerical duties- Reception activities - Proofing materials for clients prior to printing- Training new colleagues

The Lab Strategy + Planning is a market research and strategy development firm. I secured an internship with them during my summer break prior to my final semester of university. While I was with them I gained first-hand experience conducting primary research, as well as observing and collating trends in consumer responses to assist in developing recommendations for clients.
