Managed Traditional and Del Webb Active Adult market for the Georgia Division of Pulte Homes. While working at Pulte, I effectively managed the sales process to include guiding customers through sales presentation, selling homes, and understanding profit margins. I also ensured community sales numbers and margin targets were achieved, created and implemented monthly marketing and sales strategies with prospects and realtors, followed up with prospective homeowners, manage and resolve backlog customers. Stayed abreast on competition offerings, understood all mortgage and financial aspects of industry and customer situation. During my employment, I was awarded the Georgia North Division Sales Person of the Month in November, 2006, based on most units sold.

Sold performance contracting projects including energy efficient upgrades, water conservation measures, engineering and consulting services to local municipalities in Missouri and Illinois.
