From her student days at The Ohio State University to her current job as an Attorney and Consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ms. Brooke A. Westling, Esq. has always demonstrated how genuine hard work and determination can spell success in a fulfilling career in law. Obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University, she majored in Psychology and also finished her minors in Women’s Studies and Political Science. She completed her Juris Doctor degree at Capital University Law School in 2009, where her area of concentration was in Alternative Dispute Resolution. While at Capital University, Ms. Westling was a Merit Scholarship Recipient, aside from being a member of the Women’s Law Society. Moreover, Brooke was also a member of the largest co-ed professional law fraternity in the United States, Phi Alpha Delta, which counts six U.S. Presidents, a significant number of Federal and State Justices and attorneys in the country as members. She received Certification on Divorce Mediation at Franklin County Courts in 2009 and has provided general legal advice and services in various areas focusing on family law. Her areas of expertise also include business formation, copyright, internet privacy issues, contracts, tort recovery and insurance claims.
