My primary roles were to develop topics through research, recruit speakers, and write marketing materials. The service provides comprehensive analyses of trends in quality metrics and care management initiatives by combining detailed survey data with in-depth managed care executive interviews, resulting in a deep investigation of current and predicted developments in patient care. I provide web content, copy editing, newsletters, technical writing, and project management to small companies. I have a deep knowledge of healthcare policy and the pharmaceutical industry, and a strong interest in wellness and fitness, environment, and social advocacy work. I offer both technical and creative content, adapting my tone for the target audience. I work remotely from my home office in Santa Cruz and also travel onsite to companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley.
