Lawton, Oklahoma Area

• Led over 3-months of requirements gathering, resourcing, relationship building and planning for the successful training of 120 soldiers in an intensive 9-day field exercise. Spearheaded new training processes that increased operational effectiveness.• Initiates new projects, defines project scope, identifies objectives and goals, develops timelines, implements solutions, and earns stakeholders’ approval. Maintains effective communication with key leaders in order to create buy-in and cooperation. • Collaborates with other leaders to identify lessons learned from training events in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of future operations. Maintains precise control over resources to ensure availability for future operations. • Planned and synchronized multiple cross-functional mission plans in a fast-paced environment contributing to the success of a multi-national 6-week training event as the Officer-in-Charge of “Fires” at Joint Warfare Assessment 18.1.

Ft. Campbell

• Conducted 4-months of planning, gathered and organized requirements, resourced travel and lodging for 60 personnel for a 3-day training event executed 120 miles from home station to improve operational knowledge, interdependence and morale.• Hand-selected by Commander to lead special projects based on track record of executing initiatives. Planned and resourced travel for team of senior VIPs. Coordinated, communicated and managed logistics, multiple agendas, and multiple funds. • Effectively managed and communicated operational plans across the organization and accurately compiled team evaluations improving future operational planning. Developed, implemented, and briefed innovative solutions to the Commander. • Guided four 600-personnel training events to ensure organizational compliance with mission-critical directives. Synchronized multiple events and led cross-functionally to improve combat effectiveness and readiness.

Clarksville, Tennessee Area

• Developed and empowered subordinates to perform at the highest level and constantly improve; developed team to become the only team of 4 to achieve 100% Target Mensuration Only and Air Assault qualified.• Personally trained and certified over 100 soldiers on mission critical skills directly increasing our combat effectiveness and readiness. Developed, implemented, and executed training plan in order achieve 100% soldier certification.• Led 4-person team specializing in coordinating field artillery and air strikes, fiercely sold artillery to the infantry on a continuous basis. Deliberately engaged senior leaders in order to influence future courses of action.• Coordinated, planned, and executed over 25 training events; advised senior key leaders on risk-management and proper implementation of all field artillery assets. Ensured organization was always in accordance with military law and regulations.

Ft. Campbell

• Developed training, planning, and execution of live fire exercises for 28 personnel; executed a 3-month training plan that culminated with Platoon executing the first ever convoy emergency fire mission in Ft. Campbell history.• Led a team of 28 personnel, responsible for the training, supervision, and professional development of 12 supervisors and 16 employees. Built a team of energized and committed professionals dedicated to accomplishing the mission whenever needed.• Coached, mentored and developed a winning team of military howitzer operators, achieving the promotion of 4 team members in an 8-month period and was the only team selected by the Commander to represent our unit at West Point, NY.• Responsible for maintenance and accountability of 2x the normal amount of vehicles, equipment, and computer systems for a Platoon. Drove innovation and solutions to streamline operations in order to maintain equipment valued in excess of $35M.
