I have worked in the transportation industry since 2015. For much of that time I worked at Knight Transportation in various roles. I began as an Account Manager working on numerous national accounts such as Walmart, Quaker, Pepsi, Anheuser Busch, ETC. I then made the move to outside sales for about a year and was asked to join our newly formed Business Development Team (inside sales; working with previous accounts or accounts that have incurred hiccups.) After a few years I decided it was time for a change and moved into a Project Management role in IT. I quickly remembered that IT... although I'm truly thankful for it, was not the place for me. After eight great years with Knight, I was given the opportunity to work with American Group and WOW!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about the team I work with and the culture they have created. I never thought I would be on the 3PL side of the transportation industry. The team at AG takes great pride and a personal interest in what we do. If you're looking for a partner in transportation, then you've found it.
