Former staff and now affiliate partner, with Ag Innovations I have designed and facilitated events and long-term social change collaborations to bring about a more sustainable food and water system in California and beyond. Projects have included: catalyzing state-wide Monarch butterfly conservation collaboratives throughout the midwestern flyway; facilitation services for public and agency engagement in the implementation of California's Sustainable Groundwater Management Act; management of the Santa Barbara County Conservation Blueprint (2017 report and public online GIS database) development process; facilitation of the joint 2016 analysis of the California Water Action Plan by the California Roundtable on Water and Food Supply.

Groupaya is all about helping leaders and groups aim higher and make the seemingly impossible a reality with coaching, strategy, OD, meeting facilitation and collaboration support. As an associate and affiliate, I have supported both internal organizational development, team learning, and client engagements. Client work included co-designing (with Rebecca Petzel and the Emergence Collective) UCSF's launch of the Health eHeart Alliance, part of the national patient powered research movement, and leadership development research and offsite support for executive clients and teams.

Working with senior leadership at SweetRush to help the company enhance its internal CSR practices and build a stronger portfolio of CSR-focused client projects. In partnership with CEO Andrei Hedstrom, launched the Good Things Initiative around these goals, offering services and talents specifically to support best practice in corporate social responsibility for clients. Strong focus on business development and strategy, social media and communications, game-based learning, and crafting new service offerings tailored to CSR content and learning needs.

Supported the production and execution of Executive and MBA courses in organizational behavior, management, and leadership, as well as serving as an essay grader for undergraduate business and psychology courses. Conducted research and academic writing for publication in organizational theory - research focused on hybrid organizational forms, institutionalism and network theory.

Grew global partner network from about 40 to over 100 organizations in ~2 years; managed relationships, processes, and community building for network; helped implement new strategic approaches to network. Also served as Communications Manager, managing website, newsletter, annual and content reports, helping launch the first Earth Overshoot Day, etc. Have consulted with GFN over the years since on discrete projects for their partner network strategy and updating their knowledge management systems.
