¬ Responsible for recruitment of high caliber student-athletes from Southeast and Midwest Regions. ¬ Recruiting efforts to include identification, evaluation, and all correspondence with prospects, parents, coaches, and school officials. ¬ Create and execute full scouting reports on South Atlantic Conference opponents.¬ Plan and implement practice plans and individual skill development sessions.¬ Responsible for the efforts of the award-winning 2017 Play4Kay initiatives.¬ Coordinate team travel and post-game meals.¬ Conduct film exchange coordination with non-conference opponents.¬ Oversee team management staff (i.e. film staff, clock, bookkeepers, laundry, etc.). ¬ Serve as academic liaison for six members of the women’s basketball team. ¬ Coordinate all facility scheduling with facilities coordinator.¬ Acted as social media coordinator for all team social media outlets and platforms. ¬ Monitor and assess inventory of supplies, equipment, and apparel. ¬ Construct team calendars and compile schedules to organize master academic agenda per semester. ¬ Work closely with Head Coach to ensure business operations are seamless and successful.
