I lead and manage larger groups of individuals. This starts by going through multiple different stages of training, and schooling to develop leadership skills. In developing these leadership skills I get put into many leadership roles in the country's most elite force. I'm a multi-skilled individual who is passionate about giving back, as well as working for and achieving the impossible. From being a junior enlisted personnel to becoming a cadet on their way to becoming a Lieutenant, I've developed skills in one-on-one training, management, leadership, and recruiting. I'm continuously growing and developing new skills, and my job as a soldier has allowed me to pursue a degree, as well as take courses that transfer into civilian life. The most rewarding part about being a soldier, so far, is the connections that you make with a wide group of diverse people, both in the civilian and military world. Learning how to build these different connections has allowed me to understand how to create deeper connections with people of all different backgrounds. When I'm not focused on the military or schooling, I'm working with different companies, connecting with friends, coaching, reading, and working out.
