Currently, I'm working towards my Master's degree in Public Administration. I’m also a Customer Service Associate for the University of Nebraska High School, a fully accredited online high school through the University of Nebraska system with students all over the world. I answer phone calls and emails from students, parents, teachers, and proctors who use our system and are experiencing difficulties or have any questions about our school, our courses, how to enroll, and how to make payments for those courses. I also enroll the students in their courses, and I am cross-trained on preparing our transcripts to send out by fulfilling the requests we receive, and performing the balancing for the accounting side of the business when our accountant is out of the office.Completed a contract position with U.S. Bank in 2021 in their Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program as an AML Investigator, looking into potential money laundering situations and understanding and being knowledgeable of EFCC and FinCEN requirements for financial institutions. Skilled in Microsoft & Google programs, Retail, Communication, Problem Solving, & Customer Service & Satisfaction. Strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Arts - BA focused in Psychology, with minors in the Sociology of Law, Criminology, & Deviance as well as French from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.In my free time I enjoy reading, diving into anything true crime related, whether it’s a podcast, documentary, limited series, etc., and spending time with friends and family. I’m an avid fan of Harry Potter, the tv show Supernatural, and Doctor Who.
