The last role I did was as a facilities manager at Enchanted Rock, I oversaw the daily operations and maintenance of the office building, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I motivated others around me, coordinated with vendors and contractors, performed new hire orientation, implemented new business development, and handled budgets and reports. I have a General Studies degree with a minor in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University, where I learned how to apply psychological principles and research to various settings and situations. I have strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills, which I developed through my previous roles as a receptionist and an operations coordinator at Enchanted Rock.
