At Reconstruct I assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and deployment. For these emails I monitored campaign performance. Throughout my internship I have managed data hygiene and quality within the marketing database while also assisting with the creation of reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. I also assist with the creation of landing pages, forms, and other web assets.

At Sherwin I assisted contractors and other customers with all their project needs while building customer loyalty and improving their experiences. I also aided management with their duties including but not limited to reaching out to customers to create sales leads, assisting on sales calls, and working with other stores to gather product needed for our customers. My intern team placed third in the region for the intern project where my group and I analyzed critical business issues and offered recommendations for improvements.

Here I insured all departments merchandise was orderly and adhered to safety regulations. Unloaded, stored, and properly stocked all merchandise received. I also provided customer service to those in need of direction and inventory.

While working here I assisted all company personal with their day-to-day duties. In addition I maintained office records including physical company files and transferred necessary documents to the company’s online server. As well as answered and directed phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary. I also identified and improved company records for vendors and customers.
