I am a college student, currently at the University of Cincinnati , and have three years combined of retail, customer service, and serving experience, including management. Although retail does not pertain to the field of work that I want to end up in, it has equipped me with excellent skills when it comes to communication, customer service, organization, and time management. I am currently employed by Frisch's as of the last few weeks. Working in these different part-time jobs has allowed for me to be the first line in handling uncomfortable or hasty interactions with customers in a professional and positive manner. At my jobs, you would find that I am trustworthy, reliable, and motivated to succeed in my duties. I am always punctual and pride myself in showing up for every shift. I carry this work ethic into my studies as well and have made dean's list every semester of college so far while holding my job. I will be graduating from the University of Cincinnati in December 2024 with my Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and a certificate in Crime & Intelligence Analysis.
