Experience - 18 years with Ashley Furniture across several departments and teams with the last 10 years focused on Hyper-V and Azure hosting solutions,Skills - SAFe Certified PM, Windows Server Licensing and deployment planning, Azure tenancy and resource subscriptions planning, Linux server deployment, Business to Development Liaison, Project Management, Project Portfolio Management, Risk Assessment, Disaster Recovery, Cloud Products and Solutions and a passion for Research & Development of new technology.Career Highlights:- First to virtualize the HOMES system (With Licensee in 2009 in VMWare, presented to AFI Corporate IT)running on an AMD Phenom X4 based system.- First to create a working PHP driven NPS application before AFI published theirs years later (Net Promoter Score discussed at Market in 2010, my solution was delivered 4 weeks later and put into production.)- When hired by AFI in 2011, immediately rewrote how Colton CA pulled their yearly zip code reporting, leading to repeat requests for it until development deployed our current big data reporting tools from Microsoft BI.- Promoted in 2012 to assist with IT to open a new Manufacturing facility retrofit into old property in Advance NC. With only myself and my supervisor, we opened the 44 building facility to production early, and under budget, which was a first for AFI manufacturing.- Promoted to Project Manager in 2013 and spent the next 10 years pushing and achieving an unmatched level of Licensee conformity. Today, more Licensees run the same level of server hardware and HOMES software than ever before in AFI history.- Worked as the liason for our various tech and electronic vendors to tailor our new store and existing store upgrades to fit, including partnerships with CDW, Connection, Dell, HP, Cisco, Microsoft and other software vendors. This includes all quoting and delivery management as well as deployment planning leading to produciton go live or grand opening.
