PTI provides safe and reliable transportation for the railroad community. My responsibility is to ensure that all work is done in the safest and most efficient way possible at the nine locations throughout the State of Wisconsin and Illinois. I oversee six Branch Managers, 11 Assistant Branch Managers, nine locations, 300 - 400 unionized drivers, and 125+ vehicles that operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All team members and vehicles comply to the strictest safety requirements set by the DOT and the railroad.Safety of my customers, my staff, and the public are my number one priority. Effective business management and maximum profit potential of all my locations make up the rest of my duties as a General Manager for PTI.

Chippewa Falls, Wi

Handled all in bound and out bound product. Scheduled drivers for routes in two separate locations that handled most of Northern Wisconsin. Controlled all warehouse staff and the scheduling of all work shifts. Controlled all inventory on a day to day basis, including returns and breakage. Maintained all delivery and warehouse assets.

At Valley Waste, I grew the company from nothing to a viable company that was sold in 2010. As a small business, I controlled all aspects of the business wheel. I controlled Sales, HR, Operations, Fleet, and Administration. Worked close with asset management and P&L to manage a successful waste business.
