System Engineer for Program Manager Assault Amphibious Vehicle Systems (PM AAVS) from Apr 2008 until Present. Provided direct engineering support to Product Group 14 (PG14) MARCORSYSCOM (MCSC) on all matters concerning AAVC7 upgrade ACAT IV program. Served as a liaison between MCSC and SSC-Lant. Provided subject matter expert (SME) level input for briefs, memos, and meetings. Assisted in compiling documentation for all acquisition milestones. Authored the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP). Chaired the Test Integrated Product Work Group for PM AAVS. Led all System Development Testing and Evaluation, this included responsibility for test plans, reports, procedures and any other documentation concerning test events. Interfaced with Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) on requirements management and Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity (MCOTEA) on test observation. Received the “Excellence in Acquisition Support Award” from Commanding General MARCORSYSCOM General Brogan. This was because of DT&E efforts, SME support of defense acquisition milestones, MCOTEA shorten their original month long Operational Assessment to one week based on DT&E efforts.TOCNET Project Engineer. Developed prototype “Turn-Key” intercom system training kit solution for MCSC. Developed for MRAP vehicles. Within two months had 16 prototypes with quick look guides and an initial drawing package. The overall requirement for this effort was over 5000 vehicles. MCHS Project Engineer. Managed team to provide independent government testing for the Marine Corps Common Hardware Suite program office. Provided requirement documents: Sub System Specs, Performance Specs and CONUS/ OCONUS Fielding Support along with T&E efforts. TEST Engineer. Developed functional tests from schematics and manufacturer specifications for Trident II circuit card assemblies (CCA).
