I have participated in 20+ healthcare projects including many conversions from on-prem to cloud architecture. Other industries served include Public Sector, Utilities, and Gaming.Specific areas of contributions include:■ Conduct client sessions to inventory and assess existing reporting artifacts and determine the disposition of these items in the cloud-based applications.■ Write specifications as needed to address critical reporting needs that are considered gaps in the future state.■ Personally develop new reports using multi-dimensional cube d/EPM or Birst technology platforms.■ Develop personalized training content and/or deliver Infor Campus classes on Application Studio and Birst.

Focus on the Cloudsuite Financials product line (formerly Lawson S3) with emphasis on client reporting, utilizing a range of reporting tools, including recently acquired Birst.

Lead activities around data analysis, assessment, profiling, extraction, validation, transformation and integration with data from multiple disparate sources. Provide means for ensuring data quality and integrity. Work closely with clients and end-users to examine existing processes and develop automated solutions, including specifying program and data flow.Assignments since joining CATCH Intelligence:• Precision Medicine Alliance – Recently completed year-long project with Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Healthcare, which involved extracting cancer patient data from an EPIC Clarity sourced data warehouse. The data will be consumed by a third party medical analytics vendor (Syapse), specializing in combining data from desperate laboratory and EMR sources, and providing guidance for oncologists and patient care teams.• Patient Call Manager SQL extract for Catholic Healthy Initiatives (CHI) national office. Wrote SQL Server stored procedure, pulling data from national data warehouse, to provide discharge information for patient care follow-up. • Currently serving as subject matter expert for the SAP module “Information Steward”. This module is part of SAP’s data quality management suite, and focuses on data profiling, data cleansing, quality scorecards, metadata management and business terms glossary. Have conducted numerous client presentations on this module, as well as installation and training.• Colorado Dept of Transportation – Assessment and follow-up concerning requirements for a newly defined “Chief Data Office” role with the department. This included one week onsite for interviews with stakeholders from around the organization concerning the expectations for this role. • Administrative work flow automation project to help a large Medicare claims processor automate manual reporting processes and centralize data in corporate data warehouse.

Was responsible for the Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) implementation for the Unify Oracle ERP consolidation project. In this capacity, I managed an international team of five employees and contractors. Also worked to develop and maintain Corporate IT information architecture for the organization to enable knowledge-worker productivity and improve end-user experience and decision-making capabilities. Re-engineer and maintain an enterprise wide view of the data across all business systems. Analyzed information requirements specified by the user community and design the required data structures to support those requirements.

Recently participated in the hospital’s Electronic Health Record implementation. Responsible, in part, for the ETL process for loading medical transaction data into the “Clarity” SQL Server relational reporting database as well as programming custom functions using TSQL. Also responsible for working with departments across the three organizations involved in this project to define and utilize the Business Objects reporting framework using Crystal Reports, Universes, Web Intelligence, and Xcelsius tools.

Served as the functional lead in the Finance area on the replacement of the organization's legacy back-office systems with the Lawson Financials ERP Suite. This included G/L, A/P, A/R, Billing, Fixed Assets, Projects, Purchasing, HR, Payroll, Processflow, and Business Intelligence. Responsible for all phases of the project life-cycle including requirements definition, system setup, data-conversion, end-user training, and post go-live support. Also heavily involved in ProcessFlow and Crystal Reports development.In addition to providing ongoing support to Lawson users, I also serve as a finance contact for several clinical departments as well Facilities Management. This entails working with the clinical departments periodically to review and refine cost standards and research questions departments may have about their monthly financial results. I have also recently started providing project management support for the Advanced Clinical Applications Program at UNMC. ACAP is involved developing Oracle based applications for the NICU and Transplant programs at The Nebraska Medical Center.

Responsible for maintaining and extending the company's Oracle Financials ERP suite, version 11.5 in a multi-currency, international environment. This included upgrading systems to the 11i platform, creating numerous "mini-modules" encompassing multiple forms, reports, custom PL/SQL packages and conforming to the Oracle Applications standards. Provided ongoing support for, and continuing extension of, G/L, A/P, A/R, HR, Projects, Order Management, and WorkFlow modules.

Served as technical team lead assigned to the Customer Finance section of the Order-to-Cash SAP software implementation currently under way at ConAgra. Responsibilities include project plan development, performing requirements definition, preparing functional specifications for development needs, and testing. The business responsibilities of the Customer Finance team include the invoicing of customer orders, collection of payments, and resolution of payment differences. Technical developments were focused on EDI transmissions for invoicing and bank lockbox processing, scanned imaging, and several custom forms/reports/workflows to facilitate the flow of documents through ConAgra. I also served as the technical resource for the G/L team concerning interfaces to the enterprise Oracle General Ledger and Walker Accounts Payable systems.Previously worked on the Oracle General Ledger (ver 11.03) and Fixed Assets implementation team. Accomplished new development work in the areas of forms (ver 4.5), reports (ver 2.5), PL/SQL packages, and UNIX scripts. I worked on the implementation team from the inception of the project in late August 1998, through go-live in October, 2000, and into production support until early September of 2001. My main task for the first quarter of 2001 was the development of the budgeting process for ConAgra utilizing the Oracle G/L.
