Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to: customer service, scheduling, payroll & bookkeeping, inventory, overseeing of 15 employees, kitchen & FoH management, created and maintained social media presence, created and implemented new menu items, created weekly specials.

Represented SCVB/Visit Statesboro! at various community and Georgia Department of Economic Development events, bid hotel rooms for visiting groups, assisted visitors to Statesboro ranging from solo travelers to groups of 100+, administrated social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, Youtube), created and edited promotional videos featuring Statesboro attractions, created new Statesboro Dining Guide featuring over 100 restaurants.

Internship focused on food & beverage operations for monthly festivals on Savannah's River Street. Ensured health department compliance for all vendors, organized specialty vendors on theme of each festival, planned and coordinated recycling program, and assisted in daily office operations.Upon completion of internship, was awarded Southern Eagle SWA Intern of the Year scholarship for 2010.
