As a Senior pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity from York College of Pennsylvania, I have developed a strong foundation in Cybersecurity and Information Security. I am a Cyber Officer of TechInsight Club. TechInsight educates York College students on cybersecurity and IT, bridging education with career development through certification study, networking opportunities, simulated cyberattacks, and group speakers.As Technical Support Specialist I at Booth & Associates, I work with our IT Team to provide comprehensive IT support by resolving software and hardware issues for various offices, administering Windows and engineering software, and managing IT inventory. I work with handling network troubleshooting, manage virtualization machines, and maintain documentation of optimal network performance. My role effectively communicates with both technical and non-technical users to ensure uninterrupted operations and address complex issues.Along with my recent experience and education, I have newly passed my CompTIA Security+ Certification. This certification complements my practical knowledge in network security, incident response, and risk management, further strengthening my ability to address various IT challenges effectively.
