-Provide global brand guidance to all areas of the organization. Maintain the corporate Brand Guidelines and resources. Work with legal to ensure IP and commercial review of all marketing materials. -Oversee all advertising, including copywriting and design.-Manage a team of in-house designers, contractors and agencies to provide creative marketing support and campaign development for a global Fortune 100 company.-Provide support to 14 individual product lines with concept development, product naming, creative and brand direction for marketing campaigns and product launches, while protecting and aligning messaging with the overall corporate strategy.-Manage annual budget and ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget. -Coordinate and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, including Company Store, Digital Asset Management, Print on Demand, creative agencies, photographers, printers, freelancers, etc.-Create and streamline processes within department to drive efficiencies and reduce time and costs for our internal clients and stakeholders. Also work with BD account managers to develop annual customer global business reviews.-Creative lead for large scale events such as Analyst Days and HalAcademy, an annual sales conference with 1,000+ attendees, including overall creative concept and development, overseeing scheduling, budgets, video production, executive-level presentations, event space branding, and acting as event producer and show caller during the event in the main ballroom.
