For the past 12 years I've focused exclusively on the Microsoft Modern Workplace Stack with an emphasis on Unified Communications & Collaboration; Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Lync, Microsoft O365, Exchange, Unified Messaging, SharePoint and Azure. I'm a customer centric business development professional, looking to develop long term relationships. My Customer's success, is my success. I enjoy the satisfaction I get selling solutions that solve a unique business problem, address a specific business need or deliver a necessary business outcome. I don't stop at the solution itself, insuring the people and the process will be in place to maximize the ROI/ TCO. I strive for the best end user experience and adoption by focusing on how to make the technology transparent, easy to use, always on with consistent performance.I've always worked with companies on the leading edge of IT Trends. I was talking to clients about managed hosted servers (cloud) in 1996. In early 2000s I was trying to convince end users to move to a cloud based private IP service with quality of service, "its the future" (before MPLS). Shortly thereafter I helped take to market the first cloud based utility compute and storage platform and helped a strategic partner develop and generate revenue from the first utility based IP video conferencing as a service platform. I have diverse experience and deep knowledge with service provider and cloud solutions that include Managed IT Infrastructure Services, Managed Utility Computing and Storage, Collocation-Rack-Space-Power-Network, Managed Hosting, Cloud (IaaS, AaaS, PaaS), Network Security, high speed Business Internet, MPLS WAN, Broadband Ethernet, and SIP trunking, and Video conferencing. My experience also include vertical market experience for IT services into Retail, Banking-Investment Firms, Healthcare, and Professional Services firms especially Legal & Architectural/ Structural Engineering Firms.
