I currently serve as the Managing Editor (Interim) of Cancer Research, a journal of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR).

Managing Editor of AGA's flagship journal, Gastroenterology, a premiere journal for original research in the field of GI disease. As Managing Editor I led the strategic direction and production workflow of the journal and served as the primary liaison to our publisher, editors, authors, and reviewers.

Served as Assistant Managing Editor of CGH, where I managed the manuscript production processes and finalization of issues. I also supervised the journals' publications coordinator.Maintained my position as Managing Editor of GI & Hepatology News, where I coordinated the review of content, developed the annual budget, assisted in implementing new policies and initiatives and maintained the publication's presence on the AGA website.Served as the Special Issue Managing Editor of the annual 13th issue of Gastroenterology. I manage the solicitation, review and production of content, and I also develop and distribute promotional materials.As the Journals Social Media Manager, I managed the social media program for the journals and newspaper on such platforms as Facebook, Twitter and Wordpress. I analyzed data from all platforms and evaluate emerging social media outlets for possible inclusion in our program.

I was the managing editor of the official newspaper of the AGA Institute, GI & Hepatology News, and an assistant managing editor in the publications department. Facilitated production of two scholarly biomedical journals, and served as the managing editor of a yearly special review issue of our flagship journal, Gastroenterology. I also maintained our journals' social media presence on Facebook and Twitter.

I worked with an online submission management system (Editorial Manager) to process manuscripts and produce the monthly issues of a biomedical journal. I also supported members of the Board of Editors by troubleshooting problems, inviting reviewers, and processing decisions online. I managed multiple special sections for two journals.

I processed new and revised manuscripts submitted to our peer-reviewed journals, served as the main contact person for authors and reviewers, and managed the production of several special sections.

I facilitated patron registration and aided in acquisition of interlibrary loans, reserve materials, bound and unbound journals, and multimedia equipment. I also scheduled reservations for the Library Basics Instructional Program as well as facilities such as study spaces, library equipment, and resources.
