Collaborated with PMO, infrastructure, networking, network security, release management, compliance and business units to ensure applications for both companies were ready for legal and operational day one.

· IT Applications Program and Project Manager for delivery of an enterprise rollout of Office365 and SharePoint (cloud version). Led the IT support, network and Windows teams through multiple beta release cycles to ensure tenant stability. Served as Analyst on a version upgrade of the credit scoring application Experian Transact for both the business and consumer segments for which there was no previous internal documentation. Wrote extensive use cases, following UML guidelines, which detailed interactions with the Transact application from six external systems. Analysis included documentation of all system originating calls to Transact, internal business logic and system processes and data rules based on data received from Transact's internal processes.
