Managed integration of a CRM Internet advertising serving system to replace existing overburdened ailing system.Acted as main point of contact in vendor-client relationship, managed sales expectations, provided risk analysis and risk management, conflict resolution, and managed cross-departmental teams on numerous initiatives.Facilitated JAD sessions between various departments to insure all internal customization work would meet company needs.
