▪ Lead a team of 7 recruiters responsible for the recruitment and delivery of qualified candidates to technology job orders in Southern California.▪ Responsible for the growth of the Greater Los Angeles support team from a new partnership in Q4 2010 to over 124 placements during the first 3 quarters of 2011.▪ Trained, mentored, and coached team members on recruiting best practices, and field relationships. ▪ Managed the partnership between the National Recruiting Center and the Southern California market including prioritizing job orders, insuring alignment of delivery resources to provide job order coverage, implementing new business processes and support models, and maintaining a positive relationship with field personal ranging from recruiters and account managers to market presidents.▪ Awarded Employee of the Quarter for Q2 2012.
