I have in depth experience in all phases of a business (start-up through growth to reduction and closure), service (design to end of life) and customer (sales to termination) lifecycles and can work at all levels from strategic to “hands on” implementation. My business experience ranges from two man start-ups through rapidly growing businesses to established multinationals with roles from self-employed consultant to company and business unit director.My background is predominantly within the Security/MSP/ISP/Telecoms industries where I have held senior service/product design, delivery and operational roles covering $M internal and customer solution “projects”. I have also successfully applied my skills/experience in other non-technology business and not for profit scenarios.
