Multiple Small Businesses and Internal Titan Projects

Administered a SCO/Unix-based ADT entry alarm system and associated NetWare networks. Troubleshot and repaired computer hardware/software and integrated over 15 different security systems to provide efficient and reliable working conditions for over 2500 staff members. Provided fast-paced responses to many types of emergencies, including equipment failures, medical emergencies, and fires. Trained, scheduled, counseled, tasked, and accepted responsibility for over 20 security officers. Converted data from PC to mainframe databases in a zero-fault tolerance environment and used heavily secured workstation and mainframe interfaces for daily processing.

Served as Patriot Missile Crewmember during Gulf War. Operated as a Patriot Missile Crew Member, responsible for deployment of Patriot Missile Systems for live sites. As crew leader, acted as supervisor for three personnel.
