Oversees consumer’s overall treatment and care from admission to discharge. Develops and reviews consumer’s treatment plans that are in ordinance with Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Interviews potential new consumers for the program and determines if they are appropriate for services.Completes a comprehensive rehabilitation needs assessment for all consumers within the program. Identifies consumer’s issues and generates interventions that are unique to each individual. I am a member of the clinical treatment team. I attend weekly clinical team meetings, on call responsibilities to provide immediate clinical support and facilitate team meetings with direct care staff.I train new hires in regard to specifics of a clinical overview of all agency and program policies.Within our agency I instruct Non-violent crisis intervention in managing assaultive behavior. I am a certified instructor through the Crisis Prevention Institute.

Managed an A+ level residential group home facility which houses five chronically mentally ill adults Responsible for the management, training and supervision of eleven behavioral health counselors.Functioned as an active member of the clinical team in the development and evaluation of each consumer’s individualized service plan. Completed weekly and monthly progress notes and maintaining all professional documentation such as consent forms, service documents, etc. Provided case management services to consumers, to include supportive counseling, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention as needed. Monitored psychiatric medications and provide psychoeducation to consumers about the need for prescribed medications.

Provided weekly individual and family in home counseling sessions. Documented all collateral contacts and face to face contact with youth and family in ordnance with organization standards into Cyber. Developed comprehensive treatment plans specific to each youth’s needs and strengths. Participated in group peer supervision on a monthly basis. Collaborated with care management agencies and providers as needed.
