Project Engineer based at both Perth and site for the purpose of providing technical support to office based engineering activity as well as Site Supervision of work scope during execution phase.Project Engineer responsibilities:•Responsible for review and approval of drawings, including designing and drafting accurate engineering drawings with accurate details.•Verify all management plans of contractors are aligned to the objectives of the Client.•Provide quality representation at client, supplier and contractor meetings •Conduct vendor evaluation and audit of suppliers, and contractors engaged to conduct business. •Responsible for improvement actions raised, Non-conformance, and Preventative Action items.•Verify contractor work packs are 100% accurate and reliability of documentation and •Ensure all parties responsible for carrying out work at site have been suitably inducted and are aware of required quality outcomesPerformance management , competency management.Develop- work packs, documents, templates, registers, procedures, ITP's, ITR's, work method statments, quality control for completed work packs.•Coordinate onsite Permitry.•Provide technical support and assistance to the project manager and tradesperson. •On site, inspection, QA/QC, responsible for identifying root cause of engineering technical issues, identifying solutions and creating an engineering inspection report, with solutions and detailed SOW •Ensure works are undertaken within the scope provided by the client to the specification or higher •Ensure that when developing method statements, developing workpacks, planning and ordering tools and equipment, Health Safety & Environment factors are considered first and foremost. •Must hold engineering diploma, degree, or certificate 3 engineering trade certificate with a minimum 10 years experience in the relevant industry and be assessed competent for the role by senior engineer( by way of RPL).
