Responsible for purchasing and logistics activities at LKAB Wassara AB, including establishing purchasing policies and processes, evaluating present and potential suppliers and representing the purchasing function in cross-functional development and sales projects. Project manager for implementation of the MRP-system Monitor and a Sharepoint-based management system.
