Creating a new product category in the field of motor control by introducing new concept of motor controllers. Creating new product category demanded thorough market analysis to evaluate the existing market propositions and to define the product specifications and offering.I have designed and implemented all aspect of the product 4P model and promoted it.

The marketing department that I have managed handled three key functions: Business development; product marketing management; and marketing communication (MarCom). In my job I have established a distinguished corporate identity of an international company and developing its business into the power quality analysis field in addition to the power quality.

Making direct sales to end users of high-technology products. My job included all sales cycle from pre-sale, negotiating, closing and post-sale. Each sale was unique customized solution, based on the specific customer needs. In addition I provided matrix support to agents and sales managers outside of Israel.

Managing a team of 10 R&D engineers divided into three teams of software, firmware and hardware development. The software development was in Borland Delphi, the firmware was in assembler of Analog Devices DSP and the hardware included all the DSP and peripherals, as well as analog front end.
