From March 19, 2007 to September 8, 2014: As Contracts Administrator for the Legal Department, my responsibilites included caretaker of contracts for labels, sync uses, ringtone agmts, consultants, and deals that are important to the day-to-day operations of the Company, handling third party claims from iTunes, Emusic, and other services providers, drafting agreements for labels, and working with our international partners in making sure that their deals are processed efficently in order for the labels they sign to deliver their content quickly to the Orchard. From September 9, 2014 to present: My primary responsiblity has been handling, tracking, and analyzing third party claims from our store partners mainly from Spotify, iTunes, Deezer, Tidal, and Google Play as well as claims between Orchard clients/ clients from the SONY family and direct claims sent to Orchard by third parties. Also, I participate in various litigations by providing research and analysis and assisting in settlements between our labels and third parties.

Responsible for making sure that Def Jam artist, producer, side-artist and sample agreements were entered into the royalty system correctly including their rates, contact info, payee info etc., and that the right accounts were coded to the right products for both domestic and foreign sales. Also, making sure that the producer song deals were up to date, handling back royalty calculations, doing escalations, and processing journal entries for advances.
