I mainly advise employers, from small (approx. 25 employees) to large (approx. 4000 employees), on complex restructurings and mergers, the drafting of a social plan, changes to employment conditions, Works Council processes and any individual or collective dismissals. I signpost case law for the Journal of Labour Law Practice (TAP). I also regularly conduct workshops for HR departments. Dutch Cloud Community (DCC) is the trade association for hosting, cloud, VOIP and managed service providers active in the Dutch market. DCC has a number of working groups, including the HR working group (since March 2022). This working group will exchange experiences and insights, share relevant information and identify where there is a need for specific knowledge sharing (e.g. via an external speaker). The HR staff of DCC members are cordially invited to participate in the HR working group.
