Achieved targeted annual Lean/Six Sigma savings ($35M+) year over year. Ownership of $300M+ third party services spend. Interact directly with C-level ongoing to develop comprehensive business cases and proof of concept for major sourcing/procurement services transactions. Negotiation of all large/complex services contracts including recent cloud master agreement relationships with AWS, Google, and Azure. Use Lean methodology in working with IT/Technology and Global Operations to strengthen the methods and procedures of the vendor relationships. Established/institutionalized Third Party Oversight (TPO) team procedures, and policy to align with regulatory (CFPB, OCC, FCRA) requirements. Implemented robust Supplier Diversity program in conjunction with the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC). At the personal direct request of the Business Unit President, designed and established the revenue focused “Client Deal Team (CDT)” model to provide expert negotiation and proposal development support (dedicated team within my org of 35 senior level negotiators/proposal developers) to Sales Leaders worldwide.
