I am a student earning an IT Support Specialist certificate. 9 years of customer service experience in a wide range of areas. Experience in management and training in fast-paced food service, and studied plenty of computer sciences in high school. Currently continuing computer sciences to develop a career. I am wanting to enter a role where I can resolve customer issues and keep them from having to come back with the same issues.As I learn my technical skills, I have been perfecting my "soft skills" which include adaptability, leadership, and time management. I am heavily influenced by customer service drive and passion, and always looking for new challenges. Having worked in various food environments, I have learned to pick up adaptability at a fast pace. Quick on my toes about how to improve day-to-day work environments for both myself and the customer. I have also worked in a management role for 3 years to learn my leadership experience. All while also learning how to ticket food orders and time them out to follow all First In First Out (FIFO) rules. My goals are to come into a company that respects the same values that I do and possibly lead into another leadership role. I love all challenges that are thrown at me, and love putting the customer first. I am willing to relocate to a company if deemed necessary, and willing to work hybrid, remote, or fully in the office. Using the customer service communication skills I have developed over the past 9 years, I can bring lots of happy returning customers to your business.
