MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES1. Acts as key partner to executive management by effectively integrating the company’s strategic plans and business objectives in the PH Marketing Department operations.2. Manages the daily tasks, workflow and overall operations of the PH Marketing Department in close collaboration with the Executive Management team.3. Ensures that the team’s performance of their duties and responsibilities are in compliance with the established standard operating processes of the Department.4. Spearheads development, implementation and training of staff for all Department programs concerning work processes and continuous process improvements, performance management, employee discipline and new projects.5. Strictly implements the company’s Code of Discipline, Attendance and Punctuality Policy, PH Marketing Department Specific Policy and management-initiated policies to the team.6. Develops and implements activities for team building and employee motivation in partnership with the Executive Management team.TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES1. Implements Executive Management Team’s SEO/SEO strategies and campaigns through link building, PR writing, Online Reputation Management and other tasks as may be assigned.2. Distributes performance targets to PH Marketing team at the beginning of each month.3. Works with PH Marketing team leaders to monitor linkbuilding and copywriting activities and ensure that targets are reached by the end of the month.4. Ensures that paid link activities are well within the budget set by Executive Management team.5. Submits reports as may be required.
