Ms. Brown previously held the position of Senior Vice President & Exchange Services Manager of Exeter 1031 Exchange Services LLC, Assistant Vice President and National 1031 Exchange Administration Manager of TransUnion Exchange Corporation (formerly Diversified Exchange Corporation) located in La Jolla, California. She is responsible for the over all management of day-to-day 1031 exchange account administration, including forward, reverse and improvement (construction or build-to-suit) tax-deferred like-kind exchange strategies.
