Support the continued development and implementation of the Community Engagement Institute, an institute designed to expand learning and convening opportunities for communities of practice as well as organizations across sectors to shift their work to be engagement-centered, allowing communities to decide, lead and implement ideas for change.

Facilitate, coach and support organizational and intercultural development with clients of the Center for Learning and Excellence at Amherst H. Wilder Foundation. Provide coaching and administration of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS) tool with Wilder Foundation staff and external clients.

Co-facilitator of the Neighborhood Leadership Program at the Wilder Center for Communities. Manage programmatic and curriculum development of the program, and support leadership programs across Wilder Center for Communities.

Supported the development, replication, and implementation of the Boards and Commissions Leadership Institute (BCLI) for Nexus Community Partners. Supported BCLI fellows in cohort development, board and commission placement process, and alumni engagement.Co-developed, coordinated and executed BCLI monthly trainings including the seven community events throughout the program year.

Facilitate and collaborate with area organizations to provide professional development and training opportunities for 20 Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) members in the City of St. Paul VISTA Program.Provide support to participating VISTA organization sites, VISTA supervisors and program partners, including working to recruit new partner sites through the Request for Proposals process for the 2013-2014 service year. Lead in VISTA member recruitment process and outreach - promoting St. Paul VISTA Program opportunities and connecting with prospective volunteers with VISTA host organizations.

Researched, designed, and developed tools for faculty to create new internship opportunities in their respective departments at Central Lakes College.Produced and implemented marketing strategies to engage local employers, faculty, and students with internship possibilities.Recruited, trained, and managed volunteers for the Presenting Yourself program, a partnered workshop with the Brainerd Lakes Area Women's Fund for disadvantaged college women to achieve their career goals.Lead focus groups, devised and initiated evaluation tools to strengthen Presenting Yourself program.Created recruiting strategy, orientation materials, and program manual for Presenting Yourself.

Tracked coursework and provided academic advising to 150 incarcerated students.Graduated four offender students with their Associate of Arts degrees; held graduation ceremonies in respective prisons.Developed and executed new policies for the university to utilize when handling academic petitions, academic holds, and late add/withdrawal forms for offender students.Liaison between students, faculty, correctional education staff, and administrative university staff throughout offender course completion.

Collaborated and executed social events for up to 50 lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender youth in Minneapolis.Facilitated community outreach for both programs including informational booths at events, updating the websites, and social media outreach.Assisted training potential hosts to host homeless LGBT youth in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
