I am a passionate career Real Estate guy. Since 1995 I have been selling real estate, developing sub-divisions, investing in long term assets, and building brokerages within the RE Industry in Salt Lake. In the early years of my sales career I was fortunate to find some great leaders, mentors and coaches. It was an easy transition from home sales to land sales and investment property brokerage. This has always been very interesting and engaging for me. In 2003, I was fortunate enough to to be part of a group that brought Keller Williams Real Estate to the Salt Lake Market. Over the years I have stayed very active and involved in growing these businesses. I have been the founding member and operating partner of several KW offices in Utah. Currently I am the Operating Partner of 2 KW offices and founder and major partner in two others. Our brokerages are in Salt Lake and Utah County with over 1000 agents. We are blessed to be in business with some of the very best agents in our market and have been named to the Inman top 100 Brokerages in the US over the years for both units and volume. The last few years we have averaged 7,500 transactions totaling $3.5 billion in total sales. I love to mentor, grow, and develop out top talent and leaders. I continue to be involved in land sales, investment properties and commercial Real Estate Sales. We have been involved in all aspects of Real Estate Development over the last 20 plus years. We look for ways to add value through assembling land, rezone, master planning and gaining entitlements and City approvals. Recent projects include residential sub-divisions, small business parks, office buildings, for rent townhome projects, storage facilities and multi family.
