- Directly supported 70 CSW member organizations to develop social media fundraising campaigns, increase awareness of many uses of social media and how to use their platforms via workshops, one-on-one consultation, and by disseminating resources - Supported the CSW membership infrastructure by maintaining and updating the database, fielding interested organizations, fielding member questions around CSW initiatives, and serving as the point of contact for the Inspiring Voices participants- Further developed the budding Inspiring Voices campaign, a campaign designed to support grassroots organizations in Wisconsin, by increasing the number of organizations supported per year, providing those organization with consultations, creating video content, and creating and managing month long fundraising campaigns- Produced short form video content to promote the Big Share, an online giving day run by CSW, that was shared on social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram), in campaign emails, and on the local news which aided in growing awareness of the campaign, which aided in an increase of $150,000 raised in my two years at CSW- Developed and facilitated over 10 workshops on social media marketing, campaign strategy, and video production- Produced inaugural The Big Share Training Bootcamp, an 8-hour strategy and coaching day for CSW members participating in the annual online giving day tailored to CSW member organizations
