Dwayne is very passionate about youth development. He has served on various boards and committees throughout his educational and professional career most notably Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh, North Bronx SDA Church and the Go to High School Go to College Achievers Program. Outside of professional and volunteer interests, he travels widely, reads, writes and enjoys living in Westchester NY with his wife and two boys.
