Full time member of the commercial department in a rapidly growing aircraft leasing company, focused on the acquisition, lease management and disposal of commercial aircraft.Engage with prospective clients on a constant basis - nurturing existing relationships within the investing community (private equity, investment banking, commercial banking, institutional funds, specialist lessors) and creating new partnerships for the purpose of deal origination and trading/remarketing of aircraft.Negotiation of the commercial aspects (lease rate, lease term, redelivery conditions, and economic closing date among other terms) of aircraft leases in collaboration with a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team consisting of members from legal, finance, accounting and technical departments. Draft, proofread and propose commercial term sheets to airlines, leasing companies and banks in relation to sale and leaseback transactions, direct purchase of multiple aircraft portfolios and senior debt agreementsRegular company wide and shareholder facing presentations including deal pitching, sensitivity analysis, process implementation and commercial activity updates.
