Experience also includes single and double story basements with swimming pools, multi-story structures, historic and listed structures, conservation areas, BREEAM, Thames Water assets, tower cranes and temporary works.Position under a company Director in a team of 6 where Stuart is responsible for assisting in managing the team and assisting and mentoring Graduate Engineers and colleagues on all projects in the group. •Submission of Building Control calculations packages for residential, commercial, educational and refurbishment projects including bespoke Architectural stairs and structures. •Structural/finite element analysis and design using PROKON and ROBOT software packages. Structural design using TEDDS, RCC speadsheets and proprietary software such as MaxFrank shear rail, Westok cellular etc.•Hand sketching of construction details.•Structural scheme designs in steelwork, timber, masonry, glass and reinforced concrete.•Attendance at design team and project team meetings with other consultants and project stakeholders.
