Heather Brown is a Enterprise Account Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Colleagues describe her as "TDW has renewed two Microsoft Enterprise Agreements with SoftChoice. Softchoice was struggling during our first process when Heather came on to our account. She was a little green, but her persistence, work ethic and ability to accept/adapt to feedback impressed me. She did what we asked, never gave up and ultimately won our business. Over the years, she has been extremely responsive and has earned our commitment. By all accounts, Softchoice appears to give her the support she needs to service our account; however, my loyalty and recommendation is more for Heather than the company. I have told Microsoft on multiple occasions that the only reason we have renewed our EA is because of Heather.
