Current⦁ 5 year experience in criminal record management, specifically judicial processing and releasing. Ensuring the accuracy and satisfaction of criminal charges and court orders for subjects being released from local and state incarceration.⦁ Analyze and transpose court records into a correctional database, in conjunction with the Clerk of Court, FDLE, and Florida Dept of Corrections databases.⦁ Conduct criminal background investigations using secure national, state, and local databases.⦁ Review and organize documentation of new arrests, schedule court appearances for the local Courthouse, State Attorney, and Clerk of Court offices.⦁ Conduct data input for three facilities Master Count, reviewing accountability logs for all incarcerated subjects, correcting and reporting discrepancies.⦁ Assisting the public with informational inquiries and investigating database discrepancies while protecting sensitive investigations and victim information.⦁ Experienced in report writing, daily activity logs, and incident documentation.⦁ Maintaining the adherence of state law and departmental policy in regard to all daily duties and responsibilities.⦁ Flexible, calm in stressful situations.⦁ Correctional Field Training Officer, and Crisis intervention, and National Crime Information Center certifications.
