As Chief Visionary Officer, I am responsible for the strategic vision of Ikonik and its products and brands. I rally our teams and the industry at large about the culture and products we are building. It is my job to dream, articulate, and inspire; and to serve our CEO, Executive Team, and talented staff in their strategic execution. I stand at the lowest point of our community to lift everyone else up.

I And Thou Music exists to publish and promote music with relevant artistic integrity and resonant spiritual depth while affirming human connection. We aspire to do this by embracing music across and incorporating diverse styles from EDM to neo-progressive rock as well as industrial and symphonic influences.

Oversaw the video initiatives of the company and pioneered a corporate initiative to relocate the company to Colorado. When that strategic initiative shifted, I had already relocated my family, and it mutually made sense to launch my own entrepreneurial initiative via Ikonik.

I was originally brought onto the team at Gateway Church as the Senior Broadcast Video Editor when their video program was still in its infancy. After just several months, I was promoted to Director of Post Production, and I began to develop a strategic vision for the program and began to implement these ideas.Over the next three years, I built the Post Production program from scratch, assembled a highly-skilled team, and designed and oversaw implementing a state-of-the-art Post facility with seven rooms fiber-attached to a central storage appliance. In addition to establishing process and workflow for all the video projects generated by over 40 internal client ministries, I also pioneered Gateway's first weekly television broadcast "The Blessed Life", and edited and co-produced the feature-length music title "Wake Up the World" live worship DVD.

As Senior Editor at this post botique facility, I edited high-end projects for clients such as Nieman Marcus, American Airlines, BearingPoint, Oceania Cruises, and many others. I was also the lead DVD Architecht for the facility's sister company GottaHaveDVD!
