I work with EEOC investigators to ensure businesses protect workers from discrimination in accordance with Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, PWFA, GINA and other statutes. I assist in investigating complaints of discrimination, protecting workers from retaliation, and preserving the interactive process.

I am a standing member of the Catholic Intellectual Tradition (CIT) University Committee who assists in facilitating discussions, workshops, and activities necessary for spreading Seton Hall's vision, mission, and history.
