Coach and advise Upper Division Honors Students from all 6 colleges to ensure their completion of the Honors Program of Study and Honors Project utilizing EAB and other student information management systems.Supervise and Train junior and senior Peer Advisers from each of the 6 colleges. Peer Advisers serve as a resource to sophomore and junior Upper Division Honors Students, advising them on: Programs of Study, Honors project, Honors courses and seminars, overall Honors requirements, transition to college, etc. Work on revision and updating of Honors website, written materials, and presentations. Conduct admissions visit sessions for prospective students and their families, and assist with orientation presentations to students and families.Coordinate and schedule Honors Seminar course offerings for each semester, facilitating room scheduling, faculty proposals review, updating of website, and placement of seminars into the Kuali Workflow system.Coordinate and implement events for both the First Year Honors Program as well as the Upper Division Honors Program.Review and accept or decline applications from students applying to the Upper Division Honors Program.Teach Honors 302 each fall semester, a developmental course for sophomore leaders of the First Year Honors Program.

Coordinate and manage the America Reads and Counts (ARAC) Program and the 71 Normandale ARAC student tutors, through collaboration with the Bloomington Public School system and Volunteer Connection.Co-facilitate the Leadership Through Service Program in which 21 students complete 300 hours of service work over the course of one academic year.Assist with the Service Learning program at Normandale.

Planned and organized the Student Achievement in Leadership Program (S.A.I.L.) for 45 students. The S.A.I.L. program, developes leadership in individual students by engaging them in a variety of activities to promote and develop holistic leaders. The program is primarily based on Authentic Leadership and Servant Leadership theory.Advised over 40 student clubs and organizations, including the facilitation of monthly club leadership meetings.

Supervised approximately 200 preschool to middle school aged children and 5 activity leader staff members in outdoor leisure and recreational activities.Trained in child abuse intervention services as well as certified in first aid and CPR.

Served as an Iowa State University Student Representative to the Iowa Board of Regents.Served as Student Representative on Academic Affairs Council.Facilitated Government of the Student Body Senate meetings using Robert Rules of Order.
