I manage a team of 40 developers and project managers across multiple projects, clients and locations. I was a trustee for the charity Home-Start UK. They provide support and co-ordination for the 360 Home-Start schemes through-out the UK. Home-Start provides a matching service between trained volunteers in the community and parents with children under 5.
