My goal is to ensure uninterrupted implementation of the business strategy and solve problems. Throughout my career in the financial sector, I have been leading people to find security gaps in processes, technologies, and human behaviours to work next with management to address identified issues within acceptable risk appetite. I represent the view that challenging and validating solutions from the very beginning of certain initiatives gives significant value to an organisation.Others highly appreciate my fluency in both technical and compliance matters which were helpful during changes, alignments, and transformations that I have conducted. Projects of the last 10 years, both in management consulting and on the business side allowed me to gain extensive experience in each and every area of information security and cybersecurity. They varied from performing security assessments, through ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, Recommendation D, DORA, cloud guidelines to designing and implementing architectures, strategies and transformations.I proved myself in being a security leader, IT auditor, and consultant which results in a combined experience as a builder, breaker, and defender. However, I am most proud of developed talents, which careers I follow with interest.
