Founded MedLogi, DBA Govlogi to serve as a platform for the commercialization of innovative healthcare solutions in both the private and public sectors. As the manager of day-to-day operations, I specialize in the distribution of medical-surgical and biologics as well as building the foundation required to service and support them. My strategic focus became access to the federal markets, specifically the Department of Defense and the Department of Veteran Affairs.Additionally, I built a coalition of certified businesses to effectively distribute products on behalf of our clients and established a micro-market private equity lending company that specializes in certified small businesses in the B2G (business-to-government) sector. My key responsibilities include coordinating subject matter experts to realize venture value for clients and investors, as well as managing opportunities with extensive experience in leadership transitions, capital infusions, bailouts, distressed business stabilization, and alternative distribution strategies.Furthermore, I have successfully developed strategies for new entrants in the B2G markets. Overall, my goal is to continue driving growth and success for Govlogi by leveraging my expertise in strategic management, business development, and government contracting.

Created a company in 2002 to create a conduite for new business due diligence and capitalization in the technology and healthcare sectors. Obtained funding for investments in technology (Openspan, and Invistics), biotechnology (NeuroAutonomic Testing Services, and Academy Medical) and medical devices (MedLogi). Conducted feasibility studies, reviewed business plans, performed financial projections, and assessed skill-sets and human capital required to build businesses. Provided start-up capital, seed funding, and consulting to early and pre-seed ventures. Serving as Managing Member of MedLogi, LLC as of April, 2015.
